Returns & refunds
Because each item is printed specifically from the design you upload, custom orders generally can't be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you approved in the designer, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a reprint or refund.
