Ink Cabin

About Ink Cabin

Ink Cabin is an online store where you design your own printed products — no premade catalog, just a live online designer and print-on-demand fulfillment.

How it works

Pick a product category from the homepage, upload your own photo or artwork, add optional text, and preview the print live. When it looks right, save it to your basket and checkout. Each item is printed to order after purchase.

Who's behind Ink Cabin

Ink Cabin launched in 2026 as a design-your-own print store. It is owned and managed by Data Governance Ltd. There is no premade catalog: every item starts as a customer’s photograph, illustration, or lettering, checked in a live preview, then printed to order.

John Mason writes the design and buying guides you will see credited on those pages, and oversees the product templates in the designer — the print areas, model lists, and placement notes that the preview depends on. Questions about a guide or a template can go to john@inkcabin.com. The store is run as a small operation: we would rather explain a crop, a MagSafe ring, or a mug wrap clearly than hide those details behind a generic mockup.

Personalizing everyday objects with your own photos and artwork has become a popular way to make them feel like yours, and John started Ink Cabin after noticing how few stores actually let you do that. Most sell a small set of preset designs, or drop your photo into one fixed layout with no real control over it. Ink Cabin's designer is built the other way around: upload your own photo, artwork, or text, adjust it directly on the product, and see the exact print before you pay — in a few steps, with nothing to install and no account needed.

Support is by email, routed by topic on the contact page, or via WhatsApp +371 25 628 243. hello@inkcabin.com is the general address if you are not sure which email to use.

Every product starts with your artwork

Custom-printed phone cases (tough, MagSafe tough, snap, clear, and MagSafe clear), desk mats / mouse pads, posters, and mugs — see the full, current list on the homepage. New product types are added over time.

The images around the store show examples of how a design can look on a product. They are inspiration, not a ready-made design automatically included in your order. You choose the photograph, illustration, or lettering that makes the finished item personal.

That choice also means the details matter. A phone case needs the exact device model, a poster needs a crop that suits its proportions, and a mug needs a layout that works around a curved surface. Our design and buying guides explain those decisions before you open the designer.

What the preview can help you check

The online preview helps you judge placement: where the photograph is cropped, how large the lettering appears, and whether important content approaches the product boundaries. Check the selected configuration as well as the picture, because changing a size or phone model can change the usable layout.

A screen preview is not a physical print proof. Paper, product shape, room lighting, and the original image affect the finished result. Keep an original copy of your artwork, use the selected product’s file instructions, and ask us when a template or compatibility detail is unclear.

Help before and after ordering

For artwork or layout questions, email design@inkcabin.com with the product and option you are considering. A screenshot of the issue can help explain a crop or placement question without requiring you to describe every element.

For an existing order, include your order reference and a clear description of the problem. If the delivery address needs correction, contact us promptly; do not assume a submitted order can still be changed. The returns and shipping policy explains the current process for reporting damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Our contact page lists the appropriate email routes. You can also read our privacy policy and terms of service without opening a popup.

Shipping

Orders are printed to order and dispatched after confirmation. See the Returns & Shipping page for current delivery estimates and refund policy.
