Will the print hold up over time on a Poster?
Both finishes are fade-resistant fine-art paper — matte avoids glare, semi-glossy adds a bit more color pop.
Do I need an account or a minimum order?
No. Design one item, preview the print, and check out as a guest. We print that item after you pay.
How long does a custom order take?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment. Standard Economy delivery then typically takes 2–10 days depending on destination. We do not offer Express.
Will my photo be cropped?
That depends on its proportions and the selected poster size. Review the crop before ordering, especially when faces or lettering sit near an edge.
Is the frame in the example image included?
Only select configurations include a frame. Confirm the frame option and color shown in the designer rather than relying on an illustrative photo.
What paper finishes can I choose?
Matte and semi-glossy paper are listed in the designer. Choose the finish, size, and framed or frameless option before you pay.
Choose the wall space before the print size
A favorite photograph can look very different as a small desk-side print or a large wall feature. Measure the space where it will hang, including any frame and the gap around nearby pictures. If you already own a frame, check its accepted print dimensions rather than measuring only the outer frame.
Next, compare the photograph’s proportions with the selected poster. A square crop may remove people or scenery from the edges of a landscape image. Choose a compatible shape, crop deliberately, or build a border into the artwork where the print instructions allow it; stretching the image is not a substitute for a suitable layout.
Paper, framing, and image detail
Matte and semi-glossy describe different surface presentations, not different levels of meaning or creativity. Consider the room’s lighting and your preferred look. Frame glazing can introduce reflections independently of the paper, so do not assume a matte print guarantees a reflection-free display.
Framed options list their own sizes and frame colors. The studio image is design inspiration, not a promise that every pictured frame finish is available. Select the actual configuration in the designer before exporting artwork for it.
